Registration fees:
- 420 Euros
(Doctoral students, faculties of University VITEZ; registration until January 20th 2018, payment until February 20th 2018),
- 440 Euros
(Early bird, registration until December 20th 2017, payment until January 20th 2018),
- 490 Euros
(Regular fee, registration until February 20th 2018, payment until March 10th 2018).
The fee includes participation in the conference from 4th to 6th April, welcome reception on 4thApril, coffee and lunch breaks on 5th and 6th April, the Gala Dinner, transport on 5th and 6th April between hotels and conference hotel and the Gala dinner venue and delegate pack/ conference materials. The fee does not include accommodation and additional events, the list of which will be available later.
The fee includes the presentation of one paper. All additional papers carry an extra conference fee. All additional authors who attend the conference must pay the conference fee. In the case your paper is not accepted, your fee will be refunded.
The detailed information regarding the conference, accommodation (the list of official hotels of the conference) will be provided in the first conference call in mid-October.
