Teaching and examinations
Teaching preparations are carried out by teaching stuff employed at the University. Preparations are carried out before the beginning of classes, and made public at the website three days prior to the beginning of classes, as follows:
a) curriculum (1-2 pages),
b) 30 lectures (lessons) recorded in audio/video format, 30 minutes in duration (pictures, tone, tables, slides, graphics, schemes, etc. included),
c) list of topics for seminar papers,
d) list of topics for essays or case studies,
e) timetable for :
– examination 1
– examination 2
– submission of seminar papers
– submission of essays and case studies
– correction deadlines
f) literature.
The teaching process includes arranging the website for subjects/courses offered via distance learning. Students can keep constant communication with teachers and assistants through emails, etc. Communication involves asking various questions, explanations and other instructions.
Students must sit for written examinations (examination 1 and examination 2) in the official premises of the University.
Written examinations in two subjects taught during one cycle will be held on the same day in order to reduce the number of arrivals to Travnik.
Exceptionally, students are obliged to attend practical training for certain subjects (particularly at the Faculty of Health Care) as scheduled.
LITERATURE: In addition to lecture recordings, student should use primary literature included in the syllabus. Books may be purchased at the University or through orders (e-mail and post).
