Alumni Centre is conceptualised to be developed on the basis of a close relationship between the University and its former students, thus the following lists of graduates published on the University websites hould be continuously updated:
- First-cycle graduates,
- Second-cycle graduates- Master’s degree
- Third-cycle graduates- Doctoral degree
The lists should be updated with regard to:
– Faculties and study programmes
– Study years
– Alphabetical order (regard less of faculties, study programmes and study years)
Further more, consent to publish e-mail addresses, phone numbers and work placess hould be gained from all relevant individuals whose names are on the lists so that the Alumni members can interact with each other.
Each year a meeting with graduates of each study cycles hould beheld. Graduates can gather together so to get acquainted with the University development and, like wise, to get encouraged for joint professional and scientific professional activities.
The members of the Alumni association should be encouraged to take participationin scientific conferences organised by the University, as well as to write articles and support cooperation between the University and companies or institutions in which they are employed.
Accordingly, a detailed and concrete plan of activities for the Alumni Association will be made. The plan will be revised and adopted by the Council of Education and Career Centre, including the Alumni Association.
