- Training aims: Providing an introduction to methods for facilitating management and administration of a company and its employees.
- Training is designed for: company managers, and all department managers.
- Training contains the following parts:
1.1.Negotiation skills
Negotiation skills are skills that are improved every day, thus development of these skills is complex and contains several stages and processes.
The training programme includes the following units: negotiation process (defining negotiation, negotiation as an alternative), results of negotiation, types of negotiators, types of behaviour (importance of behaviour in negotiation), phases of negotiation process, stages of preparation, stages of debates, creating offers, bargaining, conclusion of the negotiations.
1.2.Presentation skills
This part of training is aimed at improving presentation skills by means of acquiring necessary techniques and rules.
The training programme includes the following units: presentation structure, communicating with the audience, working with the audience, using audio visual aids, stage fright and stress, overcoming stage fright and stress.
1.3.Styles of communication
This part of training is aimed at improving communication and listening skills in everyday life.
The training programme includes the following units: the importance of communication, verbal communication, nonverbal communication (body language, recommendations and rules), styles of communication (passive, aggressive and assertive), listening skills, improving listening skills, questioning techniques.
1.4.Influence skills
This part of training is aimed atdevelopment of effective influencing skills, consideration of the real-life situation, possibilities and creation of activity plans.
The training programme includes the following units: the basis of beliefs, and of attitudes, defining influence, manipulation, five basic phases in the process of influencing others, phases of preparation (C.R.E.A.M. model), analysis, adaptation, overcoming GAP (identifying obstacles and how to overcome them), adjustment (applying C.A.R.E. model), increasing self-awareness.

- Concise and short oral presentation on basic concepts,
- Brainstorming and group discussions.
