b) Assistant career development is focused on professional and scientific development of assistants, what involves completion of master degree programmes, writing of master theses, professional and scientific articles, participation in conferences, symposia, round tables, etc.
c) Student career development is focused on students’ studies and practice (in firms, hospitals, courts, institutions, etc.), and enhancement of their expertise and knowledge, particularly by providing them with instructions on how to write a CV and training them on how to effectively communicate with potential employers.
